Spring Fitness Schedule: april 1- may 31

New this spring:  Box&Burn on Wednesdays at 5:40pm.  Yin Yoga Wednesdays at 5:30pm.    Pilates Reformer Fridays at 8:30am and Mondays 6pm. Meditation Tuesdays at 12noon.  Check out time changes, canceled classes and new instructors at http://www.lsac-flatiron.com/classes-events/

 

Lifeguard Training & Recertification     

We are offering two Red Cross Lifeguard training courses at LAC! If you need to get certified for the first time or you need to renew your certification, this is the class for you!  Each class will be held for two days from 9am-6pm. Contact cwhitemore@powerwellness.com for info.
