A class designed for anyone with ‘tissue issues’ offering the benefit of working against the resistance of water, without the load and impact on the joints. An aqua jogger around your waist along with other props will be used for added resistance while the water allows you to work as hard as you need to without the impact. The water provides a perfect environment for people recovering from injury or anyone who has difficulty with joint pain. This class is taught in the warm pool (rec pool) by a rehab specialist with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.
