Cardio Sculpt Low offers the same great benefits as our regular Cardio Sculpt class, but goes easy on the joints. Low impact cardio challenges will get your heart pumping, using a variety of toys including weights, tubes, and dumbbells. Targets cardiovascular fitness, functional strength training, balance, core, and flexibility with an emphasis on fun! Perfect for mature, pre/post natal, post rehab, new-to-exercise participants, and anyone interested in a low-impact, easy to follow format.
