Yoga For Flexibility

Join us for a gentle yoga class where the focus is on sequencing postures designed to decrease tension. Simultaneously, increase the elasticity of the muscles and deepen your individual range of motion. A user friendly Yoga practice that is suited for all participants, regardless of yoga experience. Of course, strength and focus are additional benefits you will see after weekly participation. Take care of your aches and pains by giving back and restoring your body.
