Hydro Power

Hydro Power is a jam packed water workout that fuses cardio drills to improve cardiorespiratory endurance, conditioning exercises to strengthen the muscles and stretching to enhance flexibility all in under an hour. Be prepared for intervals of running and water drills mixed with toning exercises utilizing buoys, noodles, bands and more. No swimming experience is required, just a desire to get wet and work. Wednesday’s workout is in the LAP POOL and will focus on SHALLOW WATER drills; while Monday’s class is in the REC POOL and may incorporate both shallow and deep work which changes the drills.
