Incorporates the usual focus on core strength; however, the positions change…you may begin standing and move to the floor or start on the mat and finish standing. Unique equipment designed to enhance your Pilates experience will be included (Pilates Circles, Mini Body Bars, Gliding Discs, Tubing, and more).
