Warm Water Works

This class includes solid cardio, conditioning exercises to strengthen the muscles, and stretching to enhance flexibility. Using many of the toys in the toolbox, from cuffs to buoys to bands and balls, get your heart rate up and tone the tough spots. A multi-level class where you choose full buoyancy or impact. All participants will feel successful no matter their level.
