Join us in the lap pool for a high intensity, high energy class in the deep water that is PERFECT for anyone interested in a cross training workout that is easy on the joints. With the use of a flotation device, you will be able to easily incorporate interval training in a suspended environment providing you with both a cardiovascular and resistance training workout that just might surprise you.
