Lakeshore offers over 100 group exercise classes per week, in four dedicated fitness studios ideal for indoor cycling, mind body classes, reformer Pilates and cutting-edge cardio classes. Each class is designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and that of a novice participant.
Classes are taught by certified instructors, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again. Participants can feel comfortable jumping right into any of our land and aquatic classes including: Pilates, yoga, cycling, aqua aerobics, boot camps, and more.
