Private Sessions

Private sessions are one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a Personal Trainer. The sessions are customized based on the client’s needs and goals, and can encompass strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private sessions are designed for two individuals working out at the same time. So if you have a workout partner with similar needs and goals, semi-private training is a fun and cost-effective way to get a great workout with the expertise of a Personal Trainer.

Group Training

These programs vary in content, but all will focus on a specific goal. A minimum of 3 people can train together at the same time so bring your friends! Program content may include, but not limited to:

  • Running (10K or marathon)
  • Triathlon
  • Weight loss
  • Women-specific training (Women on Weights)
  • Bridal Boot Camp
  • Youth Athletic Development (ages 14-18)

Special Programs

FREE PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES!! All classes are open to members 14 years or older or who have a preteen certification. All classes will last approximately 30 minutes. No sign up is necessary. Please meet the trainer on the  fitness floor.

LADIES! Are you ready to get started on a weight workout and don’t know where to begin?

Do you want to add some fresh new exercises to your current routine?

Would you like to have the knowledge and confidence to use the weight room on your own?

Do you like to workout with other women with similar goals?

Then this class is for you!

Fitness Assessment

This service will be conducted by one of our qualified Personal Trainers, and will encompass a complete evaluation including: resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition (via skinfold), circumference measurements, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, movement screens, and a sub-maximal cardiovascular test. You will walk away with a complete report with results and recommendations. Please allow 90-minutes for this service.

Cardiovascular Fitness Test

While most people use an age-based formula to calculate their heart rate zone, this equation can vary, on average, from 15-20 beats per minute. To get the most out of your cardiovascular workouts, consider getting this test to more accurately determine your heart rate zone. Please allow 60 minutes for this service.

Other services are currently under development.
