Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Spa at Lakeshore unless they are having a service and must be accompanied by a parent.

Our prices do not reflect gratuities. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are provided at the receptionist desk.
A 6-hour change or cancellation notice is required for all appointments.

There are contraindications for these services, including pregnancy, infectious disease, high blood pressure, excessive or daily medications, epilepsy, and asthma. If you have a medical condition or are pregnant, it is imperative you inform the reservation desk when making your appointment. We do not recommend body therapies in the first trimester of pregnancy.
As part of your Spa experience you are welcome to use any of Lakeshore’s many amenities for the day.
