Lifestyle and Nutrition Programs
Metabolic Typing Analysis (55 minute session)
Balance your weight, increase your energy and productivity, and get rid of food cravings for good by discovering your metabolic type/cellular oxidation rate. You will receive a 4-day menu plan plus lots of food suggestions to meet your specific cellular needs.
Lifestyle Analysis (55 minute session)
Finally there is an approach that addresses all aspects of your health. Find out how “healthy” you are in several aspects of your life and how to prioritize changes. You will leave with a deeper understanding of your health in the following areas: diet, sleep, stress, digestion, and detoxification – plus an action plan to address the highest priority areas. By putting it all together, your positive results happen more quickly and will last!
Metabolic Typing and Lifestyle Analysis Combo (85 minute session and one 55 minute follow-up session)
The combo includes both of the above plus a follow-up session designed to evaluate your progress toward your lifestyle vision. We will make necessary adjustments based on your improvements.
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
This is a bigger commitment to your health, but also achieves larger and longer lasting results. You make a minimum of a three-month commitment to your health. We work on finding the underlying cause(s) of your symptoms and address them in a way that creates long-term change and steady results.
In addition to Metabolic Typing and Lifestyle Analysis, we do a more thorough assessment of your diet, sleep, exercise, body systems, and entire lifestyle. Often psychological, spiritual, and emotional healing also takes place.
Whether your goals is to lose weight, have more energy, sleep better, or achieve a higher level of performance in your sport, this is the most thorough package. After an 85 minute session, we determine how frequently we would like to meet over the next three months from once a month to weekly. This ongoing support creates a foundation for lifelong change.
