Personal Training Services

To inquire about the services provided by the personal training department and their associated costs please call Scott McLain at (303) 729-2555.

Private Sessions

Private sessions are one-on-one, 60-minute sessions with a Personal Trainer. The sessions are customized based on the client’s needs and goals, and can encompass strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private sessions are designed for two individuals working out at the same time. So if you have a workout partner with similar needs and goals, semi-private training is a fun and cost-effective way to get a great workout with the expertise of a Personal Trainer.

Group Training

These programs vary in content, but all will focus on a specific goal. A minimum of 3 people can train together at the same time so bring your friends! Program content may include, but not limited to:

  • Running (10K or marathon)
  • Triathlon
  • Weight loss
  • Women-specific training (Women on Weights)
  • Bridal Boot Camp
  • Youth Athletic Development (ages 14-18)

Fitness Assessment

This service will be conducted by one of our qualified Personal Trainers, and will encompass a complete evaluation including: resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition (via skinfold), circumference measurements, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, movement screens, and a sub-maximal cardiovascular test. You will walk away with a complete report with results and recommendations. Please allow 90-minutes for this service.

Cardiovascular Fitness Test

While most people use an age-based formula to calculate their heart rate zone, this equation can vary, on average, from 15-20 beats per minute. To get the most out of your cardiovascular workouts, consider getting this test to more accurately determine your heart rate zone. Please allow 60 minutes for this service.

Other services are currently under development.
