Cafe Update – Lakeshore Welcomes Grazie Cafe!

Please welcome our new cafe tenants, Grazie! Café, and owners Mario and Vaso (Sami), to our Lakeshore community! Chef Mario will bring a wonderful taste of his home town in Italy to Lakeshore with delicious, healthy, fresh food.

Cafe Hours
Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.


A.P.E Women’s Self Defense and Child Escape Tactics Class

Lakeshore is proud to offer another empowering Women’s Self Defense Class with Jay Charness of A.P.E. This class is a very physical introduction to self defense, including an informational discussion about protecting yourself. This class has a 15 person maximum; 24-hour cancellation required.

RACE4Kids’ Health

Lakeshore Athletic Club is the proud title sponsor of the 3rd Annual Frank Shorter RACE4Kids’ Health 5K.  Join us on April 15, 2012, for a morning of fun for families and runners! Race Proceeds benefit Healthy Learning Paths, bringing their Be Well Learn Well© school wellness programs to children across Colorado.

BOOT CAMP - 4 Weeks, 8 Sessions, 1 Goal – SWEAT!

This Boot Camp is for men and women ready to make an intense four-week commitment to their health. In addition to weekly workouts, you’ll receive workouts to do on your own.

Daytime Class
January 10 — February 2

Tuesdays and Thursdays
9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Evening Class
January 9 — February 2
February 6 — March 1
Mondays and Thursdays
6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

TRX ® Suspension Training

Mix up your workout routine and train your entire body – for FREE!

Advanced TRX- Monday 9 a.m.
TRX Athletic Core - Tuesday 12 p.m.
Beginner TRX- Thursday 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9 a.m.

If you’d like to use TRX on your own, there is a required one-time safety certification class. You’ll “learn the straps” and receive a detailed workbook with pictures and descriptions of workouts.
