About our Tennis Program

Lakeshore Athletic Club is proud to partner with Summit Tennis to serve the needs of our tennis community. The focus of the program is to engage members in a wide range of tennis activities for health and enjoyment. We create a fun and challenging environment for players of all levels. Summit Tennis serves junior players by developing knowledge, skills, competiveness, and most of all enjoyment of tennis. Modeled after the most successful academies and collegiate programs around the world, we stress teamwork, dedication and camaraderie.

Summit Tennis Philosophy
Fun. Tennis is a game and games are meant to be fun. We are very serious about teaching your child to play tennis well and with proper technique, but we never loose sight of the fact that it is a game. Health. Tennis is a life-long activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Personal Growth. Tennis allows players to challenge themselves physically and mentally; to learn important concepts such as commitment, work ethic, goal-setting and respect. Together these build self-confidence and instill fundamental skills which will serve them beyond the courts. Long-term partnerships. Athletes do not reach their potential overnight or by themselves. It takes time, dedication, and support of many. Summit Tennis provides direction and a proven path for young athletes to efficiently and successfully reach their potential.
