Individual Basketball Training
Individual workouts are intense 1 on 1 skill development sessions designed to meet the needs of each individual athlete based on their current skill level, position played and basketball season (pre-season, in-season or off-season). It’s very simple, successful basketball players at any level are able to execute basic fundamentals under the pressure of game conditions. In every workout the concept is to take that pressure multiply it through various training methods, encourage athletes to get out of their comfort zones and make mistakes as a learning and developmental process. All fundamental aspects of the game are included: shooting, ball handling, passing, offensive and defensive footwork, rebounding, moving without the ball, creating space with the dribble, handling pressure, decision making, etc. All sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes.
